The things that I did as a Moderator were 1. Making sure no one was doing anything bad always looking around the ship making sure that there was no trouble. 2. When ever someone needed a Whitelist I would go right to them even if they needed a trainer because as you know a lot of people don't want to train the recruits XD. 3. I always made sure the events went well and that there were no minges at all. 4. Lastly, I only was able to do kicks I was not able to do bans because I knew that I was not qualified to do so I would always get someone higher from me like an admin. I'll go ahead and make this as short of a response as I can make it. First thing I like that the actual text and question are a different color makes it so much easier to read.  Second thing, Your past experience can help a lot but it's not everything. I see this too often and it's quite sad but your response to "Why do you think YOU should be on the administration team and "Why should you be chosen for this rank" are lacking they're short and I don't see why I would hire you to be apart of the team unlike most other people who apply. The answers are basic. I feel like I read these on almost every application, same thing over and over again. Spice it up a little. What can you bring to the server no one else can? I'm quite tired of reading the same stuff every time so I think there was enough said. While you do have a lot of good qualities, the reasons why are mediocre. Feel free to edit this application again to improve it. If you do i'll be more than happy to change my decision. But for now it's no for me. [color=#e74c3c][size=200]-1[/size][/color]

I'm going to have to deny this application, as silent posted ahead of me, it seems to just be like every other app I have read today. I'm sorry, but as of now we have no extreme need of staff till demotions or promotions to higher or lower staff occurs. I am going to deny this app. Feel free to post another one with the correct revisions and adhering to the standards that our lone commenter has posted, but I would wait a bit for the server to need lower staff.
